Post office hours vary depending on holidays and when you purchase your item. Post offices are closed on weekends so if you order on a Friday or on the weekend your item will not be shipped until Monday. Thank you!

DAMAGED ITEMS
I do my very best to protect against damage to your items during transit. If for some reason your package arrives with damage to the outside of the package, stop and take a photo to document it before opening! This will show me (and the postal service) that the damage wasn't your fault. Once you open the package, if the item is damaged, take a photo of that too. Send me the photos and let me know your products arrived in bad shape, and I'll take care of the rest. If your items are defective, we can work on getting you a refund.
